Founded in 2023 in Gurugram, Copernicus Hillview is a fee-only research and advisory firm. We publish in-depth work on a small, deliberately chosen list of listed Indian companies and advise a select group of clients across four equity mandates. The firm is young, it is owned entirely by the people who work in it, and it earns nothing from anyone but its clients.

We are paid by clients only

No brokerage, no distribution commission, no issuer-funded coverage, no IPO mandates. Subscriptions and advisory fees are the entire revenue line.

The thesis is written down

Every position has a documented thesis, a valuation range and three falsification conditions recorded on the day we buy. We publish when one is met.

We tell you when we are wrong

Downgrades carry the same detail as initiations. Our hit rate is published annually alongside the calls we got wrong and why.
